1. SLEEP THE NIGHT BEFORE
- Get at least 6-7 hours (ideally 7-9)
- If you're already sleep-deprived, a 20-minute nap around 1-2 PM helps
- Why: Your brain can't learn or remember without sleep
2. DRINK WATER CONSTANTLY
- Keep a water bottle next to you
- Drink every time you take a break
- Why: Even mild dehydration makes your brain 12-18% less effective
3. EAT REAL FOOD
- Avoid sugary energy drinks + junk food combos
- At minimum: protein bar, nuts, fruit, sandwich
- Why: Sugar crashes = brain fog = can't focus

- Don't try to study for 6 hours straight - your brain gives up after 90 min
